No veo la forma de evitar que alguien se registre manualmente y después te envíe un MP con el contenido que le de la gana 
. Te recuerdo además, que siempre puedes desactivar la recepción de mensajes si así lo deseas (En Controles->Preferencias del foro->¿Desactivar tu mensajero personal?
